Open Positions
Reading Specialist & Tutor
Work one-on-one with students (ages 7-16) who struggle with reading. You'll diagnose problems, build lesson plans, celebrate breakthroughs. Background in education or literacy preferred. Must genuinely like teenagers who find reading frustrating.

Create engaging reading materials and lesson structures that actually work. You'll test ideas with real students, iterate, refine. Experience developing educational content required. Portfolio essential. We want someone who thinks differently about learning.

First point of contact for families. You'll schedule assessments, answer questions, handle paperwork, manage our calendar. Organized, patient, good on the phone. 20-25 hours weekly. You're basically the glue holding operations together.

Handle scheduling, staff coordination, vendor relationships, budget tracking. You love systems and organization. Customer service background helpful. You'll report directly to the owner, which means your ideas actually get heard.
